Course Schedule Options:
All students will be required to attend school full-time for the “freshman period” of their course. Depending on the course and any transfer hours you may have earned, freshman period can last anywhere from 3-8 school weeks.
Cosmetology Schedule Options:
Full-time Cosmetology students may attend Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday from 8:00am to 4:30pm.
Part-time Cosmetology students may attend Monday-Thursday, or Tuesday-Friday from 8:00am to 2:45pm.
Manicuring & Esthetics Schedule Options:
Full-time Manicuring and Esthetics students may attend Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday from 9:00am to 3:45pm.
Part-time Manicuring and Esthetics students may attend Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday from 9:00am to 3:45pm.

Our most recent NACCAS annual report shows that Glen Dow Academy has an overall licensure rate of 99 % and an overall job placement rate of 84%.
*Glen Dow Academy cannot guarantee employment after graduation, but we can assist students in finding job openings and connecting with local salons prior to graduation. Many of our students graduate with job offers.
Glen Dow Academy maintains records of crime statistics for the last three academic years in accordance with the “Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act” (originally the Crime Awareness and Campus Security Act of 1990). It is a federal law that requires institutions of higher education in the United States to disclose campus security information including crime statistics for the campus and surrounding areas, maintenance of a daily crime log as well as providing timely notification and warnings of certain types of crimes in the college community.
